What Data Do We Collect and Why?
When you book and complete online check-in, we process your name, contact details and identity document data, including the date of birth, of all accommodated persons, including children. The purpose is the performance of the accommodation contract and compliance with the statutory duty to keep a house (guest) register under Czech Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the Residence of Foreigners, and Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on Local Fees. We do not use these data for marketing.
We keep these data for 6 years.
Reservations are handled via an external system with its own privacy policy. You can check their policies here.
When you submit the guest form, we process the apartment number and your message to resolve the reported issue. Resend delivers the message to the host. Please do not include sensitive information.
We record technical errors using Sentry so we can repair broken parts of the website. Error reports may include technical information about the request and device.
Who receives your data
Your data are processed by the following recipients and processors:
- Trevlix – reservation system and channel manager.
- Comgate – payments.
- Booking.com – for reservations made through Booking.com.
- Vercel – website hosting.
- Sentry – website error reporting (without personal data).
- Resend – sending e-mails.
Transfers outside the EU
Vercel, Sentry and Resend may transfer data to the USA. The transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Cookies and website statistics
We store the NEXT_LOCALE cookie for up to one year to remember your chosen language. When you return from a trip detail, your browser remembers the previous list and scroll position until you close the tab.
Website statistics
We measure aggregate visitor statistics through Vercel Web Analytics without analytics cookies. Vercel Speed Insights helps us measure loading speed. Statistics include, for example, visited pages and device type.
Google Maps and the Matterport 3D tour load only after you click. Their providers may process data under their own privacy policies.

You can request information about what personal data we have about you at any time.
You can request the deletion of your personal data.
If you disagree with how we process your data, you can raise an objection.
You also have the right to rectification of inaccurate data, restriction of processing and data portability. You can exercise your rights by e-mail at info@apartmany-iwona.cz.
If you have concerns about your data protection, you can contact the supervisory authority.
