A deposit is required for all reservations. Payment is made online via the payment gateway or by bank transfer.
We accept payments online via payment gateway, by bank transfer or via QR code. Card payments are not supported.
A local tax of 25 CZK per person per night is not included in the accommodation price. This fee is added separately when confirming the reservation. It supports the development of local infrastructure and tourist services.

How can I book an apartment?
You can make a reservation directly on our website through the booking form. Fill in the required details, and we will confirm your reservation as soon as possible.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00, and check-out is by 10:00. If you need to adjust these times, please contact us in advance, and we will try to accommodate your request.
Are kitchen facilities available in the apartments?
Yes, all our apartments are fully equipped with kitchen facilities, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and utensils for meal preparation.
What is your cancellation policy?
The standard deposit is 50% of the total stay price. Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival are free with full refund. 30-7 days before arrival, the deposit (50%) is forfeited, less than 7 days requires 100% payment. Full cancellation terms can be found in our terms and conditions.
Do you offer parking for guests?
Yes, we provide free parking for our guests. Parking spaces are available on-site within our premises.
Do you offer breakfast?
Yes, breakfast is available as an optional extra for 220 CZK per person. It is served from 8:30 in the common room. You can add breakfast directly in the reservation system or let us know upon arrival.
Is there a swimming pool at the apartments?
Yes, during the summer months guests can use an outdoor swimming pool. It is closed during the winter season.
