How many playgrounds are within walking distance?
There are four playgrounds within walking distance. In addition, there is a playground right behind the house.
Is there storage for strollers or bikes?
Yes, the apartments have a room for bikes and strollers right in the building.
Are there stairs to the apartments? Can I bring a stroller?
The house is entered by stairs: fewer to the ground-floor apartments A1 and A2, more to the attic apartments A3 and A4. The house is not barrier-free, so a stroller has to be carried up the stairs; you can leave it in the bike room or ski room.
Can we borrow a baby crib?
Yes, a baby crib is available on request – just mention it when booking. We do not have a high chair.
Which routes are stroller-friendly?
The Local History Trail (a 6 km round trip on paved paths through town) works with a regular stroller. The Hlídka na Stráži loop and the Ručičky route need a sport/all-terrain stroller.
What can we do with kids when it rains in the mountains?
Nearby are caves, a museum and a children's corner in a café – see the When it rains section above.

Apartments Iwona are right in Rokytnice nad Jizerou, the cable car is about 350 m from the door. The building has a room for bikes and prams, parking at the house is free and breakfast can be added.
