About the trip
An Art Nouveau town hall on the lower square, built in 1902–1903 and the landmark of the whole of Rokytnice. It was designed by the Hollman and Krause firm from Vrchlabí, built by the local builder Josef Hájek and cost 159,701 Austrian crowns. Besides offices it once held flats, a savings bank, the municipal library and three prison cells.
