About the trip
A lone hut amid the Jizera Mountains peat bogs, on the site of a vanished glassmaking settlement. Cars are not allowed, so you can only get here on foot or by bike – and that is exactly what makes Orle one of the quietest places around. The path runs level along the Jizera and the border, on undemanding terrain.
