We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, so we have a few simple rules to ensure all guests feel comfortable.
Check-in is from 15:00. If you plan to arrive later or outside standard hours, please arrange this in advance.
Check-out is by 10:00. If you would like to sleep in or leave later, we can arrange it depending on availability.
Your stay is worry-free – you don't need to keep track of any keys. Your 6-digit entry code can be found in your email, which we sent you when you made your reservation or a few days before your arrival. The code is set exactly for the duration of your stay and activates on the day of arrival from 15:00. This code opens the main entrance (locks automatically) and the door to your apartment.
What if you don’t arrive? If you do not check in on the agreed day and do not inform us, your reservation will be automatically canceled without a refund.

Common areas – pergola with seating, common room with a fireplace, and a children's playground.
A secure place for your bikes, scooters, and strollers – we have a dedicated storage room. Please lock it and secure your belongings as we are not responsible for any losses.
Wi-Fi: the password is available in your room and in the instructions sent via email a few days before your arrival.
Free parking directly in front of the house or on the right side next to the building by the spruces. ⚠️ Important: Do not park in front of garages – the garage must remain free. In winter, exercise increased caution – there is a risk of snow and ice falling from the roof. Do not park directly under the edge of the roof.
Coffee is available in your apartment. You can also use the coffee machine in the common room – if you enjoy coffee from it, we would appreciate if you leave a small cash amount in the apartment upon departure.
In the kitchen you will find basic ingredients such as salt, pepper, sugar and oil, which you can use during your stay.
Tap water is not only drinkable but also excellent. It is drawn directly from mountain wells of the local association, so you don't need to buy bottled water – taste the pure Krkonoše water.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please be considerate of other guests during these hours. A good night's rest is important for everyone, so if you plan to have evening entertainment, try moving it to the common room or pergola.
There is a strict no-smoking policy throughout the entire building, including balconies – due to disturbing neighboring rooms. Smoking is only allowed outside.
Heating is centrally controlled – we have both fireplaces and gas heating, so you won’t be cold in the winter.
Visitors who are not staying overnight are welcome but only with prior arrangement.
Please close the door and turn off appliances when leaving your room – this helps us save energy and ensure safety.
Ski boots and outdoor shoes should not be worn inside – please use the designated spaces in the main hallway and storage room.
If you accidentally damage something, please let us know. It happens, no worries – we just need to fix it. Damage must be compensated.
Important: There is a fireplace in the common room – do not add wood to it. We operate the fire ourselves to ensure the system works correctly and safely.
The pergola is fully available to you for winter grilling or sitting.
You can find wood in the woodshed on the right side of the building – accessible from behind the building.
The first box of wood is free for you, each additional box is charged 100 CZK (please leave cash in the apartment upon departure).
Cleanliness matters – please dispose of trash in bins, not on the ground.
We save energy – please turn off lights and appliances when leaving.
Want to grill? Sure! Just let us know in advance and ensure safety.
If something gets damaged, please inform us. Repairs may be necessary, and the costs are covered by the guest responsible for the damage.
