Payment Conditions
The accommodation price depends on the date, length of stay and type of apartment. Exact prices can be found in the reservation system.
A deposit is required for all reservations. Payment is made online via the payment gateway or by bank transfer.
The balance can be paid by bank transfer before arrival, in cash in CZK upon arrival or via a QR code generated on site. Card payment is not possible.
We accept payments online via payment gateway, by bank transfer or via QR code. Card payments are not supported.
A local tax of 25 CZK per person per night is not included in the accommodation price. This fee is added separately when confirming the reservation. It supports the development of local infrastructure and tourist services.

The accommodation is in the upper part of Rokytnice nad Jizerou, 350 m below the ski lift, on the left side of the road.

Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00. For a different time, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp.

Check out by 10:00 so we can prepare the room for the next guests.
