The booking is valid only after the deposit has been credited to the provider’s account or paid via the payment gateway. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.
Once the provider confirms the reservation, it becomes binding.
Standard deposit: 50% of the total stay price.
Online Check-in
We use online check-in to make your arrival as comfortable as possible, without the need to handle paperwork on site.
We send the online check-in form link in the initial message after booking and remind you again the day before arrival.
Before arrival, please complete the form with details of all guests, including children.
Adults should provide ID details (ID card or passport). For children without an ID, please enter at least the date of birth and personal identification number (if assigned).
Data is processed solely for accommodation purposes and legal guest registration according to Czech law and is not used for marketing purposes.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be canceled via email. Cancellation fees are calculated from the total stay price:
More than 30 days before arrival: Free of charge. The paid deposit of 50% will be refunded in full.
30 to 7 days before arrival: Cancellation fee of 50% (i.e., the deposit is forfeited in full).
6 days or less before arrival: Cancellation fee of 100% of the total stay price.
If the guest does not check in on the day of arrival and does not inform the provider in advance (no-show), the reservation is forfeited without refund.
Additional Information
In case of a dispute, alternative dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority is available.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation property during their stay.
