The booking is valid only after the deposit has been credited to the provider’s account or paid via the payment gateway. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.
Once the provider confirms the reservation, it becomes binding.
Standard deposit: 50% of the total stay price.
Reservations made less than 7 days before arrival require full payment (100%) in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be canceled via email. Cancellation fees vary depending on the time before arrival.
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival is free of charge. The deposit of 50% will be refunded in full.
Cancellation between 7 and 30 days before arrival is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking price.
Additional Information
In case of a dispute, alternative dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority is available.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation property during their stay.
