The booking is valid only after the deposit has been credited to the provider’s account or paid via the payment gateway. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.
Once the provider confirms the reservation, it becomes binding.
Standard deposit: 50% of the total stay price.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be canceled via email. Cancellation fees are calculated from the total stay price:
More than 30 days before arrival: Free of charge. The paid deposit of 50% will be refunded in full.
30 to 7 days before arrival: Cancellation fee of 50% (i.e., the deposit is forfeited in full).
Additional Information
In case of a dispute, alternative dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority is available.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation property during their stay.
