1.How can I book an apartment?
You can make a reservation directly on our website through the booking form. Fill in the required details, and we will confirm your reservation as soon as possible.
2.What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00, and check-out is by 10:00. If you need to adjust these times, please contact us in advance, and we will try to accommodate your request.
3.Are kitchen facilities available in the apartments?
Yes, all our apartments are fully equipped with kitchen facilities, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and utensils for meal preparation.
4.Can I bring my pet?
Pets are welcome in some apartments only. Please contact us in advance to confirm if your pet is allowed in the selected apartment.
5.What is your cancellation policy?
The standard deposit is 50% of the total stay price. Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival are free with full refund. 30-7 days before arrival, the deposit (50%) is forfeited, less than 7 days requires 100% payment. Full cancellation terms can be found in our terms and conditions.
6.Do you offer parking for guests?
Yes, we provide free parking for our guests. Parking spaces are available on-site within our premises.
7.Are cleaning services available during the stay?
Yes, cleaning services are available upon request. If you need cleaning during your stay, please let us know, and we will ensure your apartment is cleaned.
8.Is there a hair dryer in the apartments?
Yes, each apartment has a hair dryer available for your convenience.
9.Are towels and bed linen provided in the apartments?
Yes, all apartments are equipped with clean bed linen and towels for each guest.
10.Can I buy a ski pass from you?
You can purchase ski passes directly at the cable car, which is 350 meters from the accommodation, or online on the Rokytnice nad Jizerou ski resort website.
11.Are there shops or restaurants nearby?
Yes, in Rokytnice nad Jizerou you will find several grocery stores and restaurants. The nearest convenience store is 500 meters from the apartments.
12.Is it possible to rent ski equipment?
Yes, there are several ski equipment rental shops directly in Rokytnice nad Jizerou. The nearest rental shop is near the cable car, so everything is at hand.
13.Do you offer breakfast?
Yes, breakfast can be ordered for an additional fee of 150 CZK per person. It is served from 8:00 to 10:00. Please order in advance when making a reservation or upon arrival.
14.Do you have a boot dryer for ski boots?
Yes, in the ski room we have boot dryers that ensure your equipment will be dry and ready for the next day on the slopes.
15.What is the Wi-Fi connection speed?
Each apartment has its own Wi-Fi connection, which is sufficient for streaming, video calls, and remote work. You will find the password directly in the apartment.
16.Is it possible to charge an electric car?
Yes, we have a wallbox (Type 2, 11 kW) available for charging electric cars. Charging is charged according to the current tariff. Please inform us in advance about the need for charging.
17.Do you have a crib or high chair available?
Yes, we have a baby crib available upon request. Please inform us when making a reservation so we can prepare it for you. This ensures a comfortable stay even for the youngest guests.
